A CSR is responsible for total, proper store operation while on-duty. The main objective is to provide fast, courteous service. The supporting objectives are to maintain a well stocked, clean store, to achieve the highest sales volume possible, to plus sell and to protect store assets in keeping with Stop-N-Go policies. Customer Service Representatives report to the Manager and CSR’s have the following main functions: |
