Store Accountant

Stop-N-Go's Corporate Office is in need of a Store Accountant. The Store Accountant is responsible for verifying daily store deposits and cash receipts, managing cash, account reconciliations, store transfer reconciliations, lottery accounting and corrections, back-up support for other store accountants and other duties as assigned.

Requirements include proficiency in MS Office (Word and Excel); the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment; exceptional customer service and communications skills; and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

This is a full time, Monday thru Friday position with full benefits.

Marketing Assistant

We are looking for an enthusiastic  and motivated person to join our marketing team. The Marketing Assistant provides exceptional customer service to external guests and internal teammates, is social media savvy, has graphic design skills, meets deadlines, and can keep up in a fast-paced environment. They will be responsible for invoicing, collections and reconciliation of vendor payments and assist the Director of Marketing in other marketing-related duties. College degree preferred along with some marketing or equivalent experience. Superior communication skills a must!

Hourly position: $16 - $20/hour


Sales Manager

The ongoing objective of the Sales Manager is to operate the store, in keeping with company guidelines, so as to realize the greatest sales and profits possible.  Chief supporting objectives are to minimize all controllable expenses and to improve merchandising, customer service, and employee performance so as to lift what has been considered the store's greatest potential profit-level.  Manager primary functions include:

Assistant Sales Manager

Job Description

The Assistant Store Manager responsibilities are focused on supporting the Store Manager. The Assistant Manager supports achieving daily goals, operations, employee training, recruitment, merchandising, supervision and inventory control by working opposite the Store Manager’s hours. More importantly, the Assistant Manager ensures that the highest level of service is delivered to every customer. This is a fast paced job and the ability to multi-task is essential.

  • Provide every customer fast and friendly service
  • Assume a lead role supporting new and existing company programs and policies
  • Communicate effectively with customers and co-workers where social sensitivity and effective interpersonal skills are required
  • Ability to collect information from reports, records or logs, establish the accuracy and summarize the information into meaningful results
  • Ability to exercise sound judgment when receiving assignments regarding expected results, due dates and general procedures
  • Ability to work 45 or more hours per week
  • Be available to work any shift as business needs dictate

Customer Service Representative

Job Description 

A CSR is responsible for total, proper store operation while on-duty. The main objective is to provide fast, courteous service. The supporting objectives are to maintain a well stocked, clean store, to achieve the highest sales volume possible, to plus-selling and to protect store assets in keeping with Stop-N-Go policies. Customer Service Representatives report to the Manager and CSR’s have these main functions:
